Return Period

You can exercise your right of return within 14 days after receiving your order. After successfully registering your return, you have 14 days to send the package back to us.

Return for Pre-Order

Items purchased as a pre-order are excluded from exchange and return. Since these products are specifically reserved or produced for you, no cancellation or return can occur after the order is completed.

Condition of Goods

Please note: All items must be unworn, undamaged, and clean – otherwise, they cannot be refunded. Packaging that is part of the product must also be returned completely and undamaged.

Costs & Refund

You can use our DHL label for a return or handle the return shipping yourself with a shipping service provider of your choice. After receiving the flawless goods, we will refund you the amount within 14 days to the same payment method you used for your order.

If you wish to use our DHL return label, we charge a fee. Please refer to the following list for the costs:

Free Gift Policy

If your order includes a free product ("Free Gift") tied to a minimum order value, this must also be returned if the remaining value of the order falls below the minimum order value after the return. Otherwise, the value of the free product will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange Conditions

An exchange is only possible for a different size of the same item. For exchange requests, we provide you with a free DHL return label. This is to make the exchange as easy and convenient as possible for you. We will send the new size as soon as your return has arrived at our facility. The new size will be reserved for you for 14 days. If your return does not arrive within this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Complaint

If an item arrives defective or damaged, you can easily register the complaint through our returns portal. Select the return reason "defective" and provide a brief description of the defect. To facilitate processing, you can optionally upload pictures of the defect. After reviewing your complaint, we will contact you and coordinate the next steps with you. Please note that complaints can only be made within the statutory warranty period.
