You can exercise your right of return within 14 days of receiving the goods.

After successfully registering your return, you have 14 days to send the shipment back to us.

All products must be unworn. If the product is damaged, soiled, or worn, it will not be refunded. For products with a hangtag, the hangtag must remain intact. All products and packaging must be in perfect condition and free of signs of wear. We reserve the right to deduct a flat rate of €5 from the refund amount for missing packaging. Personalized and specially made products are non-refundable.

If your order includes a free gift tied to a minimum order value, this free gift must also be returned in the event of a return that results in the remaining value of the original order falling below the minimum order value. Otherwise, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend returning the goods to us as an insured parcel and keeping the parcel service receipt with all shipment information until the return is complete.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we would ask you to place a new order for the item.

We will refund the price of the returned goods using the same payment method you used when ordering.
